For the fall semester of 2026, we have approximately 350 students distributed across 14 classes. Operations are conducted in new fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor environments with good working conditions. JOB DUTIES As a teacher with us, you work in a team with teachers in grades 4-6. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment based on governing documents and the school's commitments. Evaluating your work, actively working to create an accessible learning environment to meet students' needs, finding strategies to reach every student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal growth is an important part of your assignment. You participate in the evaluation and development of the school's operations based on knowledge, science, and current research. You will be part of a teacher team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and results-oriented approach with students' needs at the center. Together we work to support each other and inspire each other with a positive attitude toward our mission. You collaborate with colleagues, parents, student support teams, and school leadership. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained primary school teacher with the authority to teach in grades 4-6 in the subjects of mathematics, science, technology, Swedish, and English and has experience conducting instruction. We assume that you are firmly grounded in the school's values and can implement the curriculum in high-quality operations. You should be a clear and positive leader in the student group with the ability to create a good and accessible teaching environment. You work toward inclusive solutions with the goal that students are involved in their learning. We place great importance on personal suitability and your work should be characterized by curiosity, warmth, and conscious choices. We want you to describe in your application and at a possible interview your abilities in meeting students, in leadership, and in collaboration with others. From experience, we know that the ability to analyze and reflect on one's own contributions and the content of operations is also very important for quality. It is therefore important that you can reflect on the operations' content and your implementation. We assume you have good collaboration skills, willingness, and ability to participate in the school's systematic quality work.
