About the Workplace Guldkroksskolan F–6 is centrally located in Hjo and includes primary school, adapted primary school, and after-school care. Here you will find a workplace where collaboration, safety, and student welfare are in focus. You will be part of the teaching team for grades 4–6 and work closely with both colleagues and central student support services. About the Position and Who We Are Looking For As a teacher with us, you will teach theoretical subjects in grades 4–6 and be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on the curriculum. You actively work to create a learning environment that promotes both knowledge development and safety, with a focus on each student's individual circumstances. The role includes documenting and following up on students' development and communicating this with students, guardians, and the principal. You collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the school's joint development work. We see that you work consciously in your pedagogical approach and base your practice on a relational view of students. You are clear and structured, while also being flexible and solution-focused. You have a calm and composed demeanor and build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. In your teaching, you use digital tools and compensatory aids to give students multiple pathways to learning and goal achievement. We are looking for you if you are a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades 4–6, or alternatively have substantial experience teaching in these grades. Experience working in middle school and good knowledge of curriculum guidelines will facilitate the work. You have very good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form and are a secure adult role model. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. In addition, certification in Sv/So is meriting for the permanent position. Application To work with children in municipal services, you need to provide an extract from the police criminal record as required by school law. To be hired as a certified teacher, you must provide your teaching certification and grades.
