About the Position Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a safe, learning and developmental environment at our school. As a teacher, you conduct varied instruction and find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both academic development and personal growth. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical work based on the school's policies, student needs and interests, both individually and as part of the team. You collaborate with other school staff to ensure a good learning and working environment for students and staff, and actively participate in the school's development work. If you are newly qualified, you will receive 10% reduced teaching time to allow for reflection and meetings with a mentor.
