You will work at FMLOG Supply, which procures, warehouses, maintains, and disposes of supplies for the Swedish Armed Forces. Logistics must be efficient and provide high availability for all types of supplies throughout Sweden, which means that planning and customer support are also important parts of our work. The Swedish Armed Forces Central Warehouse (FMCL) is part of FMLOG Supply and creates opportunities for the Swedish Armed Forces by receiving and delivering materials on time and with high quality. Through knowledge of how materials should be received, stored, maintained in inventory, delivered, and disposed of, we are part of making the Swedish Armed Forces' operations possible. Primary Responsibilities As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the warehouse workers and section chief in leading the section's production according to the Swedish Armed Forces central warehouse's established goals. You have an important role in the work team and create conditions for the team to achieve your goals together while ensuring and creating good conditions for a positive, sustainable, and efficient work environment. You are responsible for, among other things: Prioritizing, planning, and distributing daily work tasks. Development and improvement work. Close collaboration with warehouse workers and the section chief regarding the section's production and feedback on production matters. Supporting warehouse workers and solving or escalating problems that hinder production. Qualifications Upper secondary education or equivalent. Class B driver's license with manual transmission. Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of warehousing and logistics. Merits Forklifts License A+B. Experience with large-scale warehouse operations. Experience with warehouse management systems, particularly SAP. Leadership experience and/or leadership training. Experience with production planning. Knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' operations and materials.
