Your work as a forklift operator/warehouse worker at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will primarily involve operating a forklift and picking goods by hand using a voice headset that instructs you on what to pick. The work tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work tempo where you work in different temperature zones. You should therefore be able to work in a cold environment. Working hours and schedule: ICA's warehouse operations run around the clock, seven days a week, which means your schedule can vary between day shifts, evening work, and night work. The work may also include weekend shifts. Since this is a full-time position, you are expected to be available for scheduling based on ICA's needs. This is a temporary consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be assigned to our client ICA. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Forklift certificate A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10) – this is desirable and a requirement for potential permanent employment. Good physical fitness. Clear criminal record check. Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish. Desirable if you have a B-category driver's license and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace at Långeberga. As a person, you are careful, flexible, and responsible. You have a strong work ethic and you enjoy working independently, though you are happy to socialize with colleagues during breaks. In this role, you will work toward high-set goals, which is why it's important that you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and strive to achieve good results. Since the need extends up to 6 months, you need to be available for full-time work throughout the entire period. We will request a criminal record check and conduct drug tests as part of the process.
