Liomater is a family-owned company that develops and delivers components for demanding applications where quality, reliability, and traceability are critical. To ensure this, we need a warehouse that is well-organized, structured, and functions efficiently in daily operations. We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who will have overall responsibility for our warehouse. The role is practical and operational, where you ensure that all warehouse processes – from receiving to delivery – run smoothly, correctly, and according to clear procedures. This is a role for someone who wants to take responsibility, create structure, and work hands-on in daily operations. Responsibilities Warehouse and Logistics (main focus) Receive, inspect, and register incoming deliveries Ensure correct receiving inspection and quality control Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Ensure that deliveries occur correctly and on time Organize and structure the warehouse for high efficiency and clarity Ensure traceability through labeling and documentation Handle discrepancies, damage, and returns Inventory Control and Monitoring Conduct inventories and ongoing inventory audits Ensure correct inventory balance and material flow Follow up on shortages and take corrective actions Development and Improvement An important part of the role is to build a warehouse that functions stably and long-term: Develop and improve warehouse management procedures Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks Implement clear work methods and standards Contribute to increased structure, order, and control Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Enjoys practical warehouse work and takes ownership of the whole operation Is thorough, structured, and responsible Has a methodical work approach and an eye for detail Takes initiative and drives work forward Wants to create order and improve work methods Experience from warehouse, logistics, or similar work is a merit. Qualifications Good computer skills Experience with warehouse management systems is a merit Ability to work in a structured manner with procedures and traceability Fluent Swedish and basic English B-class driving license Forklift certification is a merit Why Liomater?
