About the role As a painter at Bilmånsson, you will be an important part of our team, which currently consists of three employees. You work with the entire painting process – from preparation to the finished result. The role involves working with collision-damaged passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, where you are responsible for ensuring high quality at every stage. You work in a team where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus. We work with modern and efficient products, including those from Glasurit, and we always strive to deliver professional results to our customers. Your main responsibilities Plastic repairs of, for example, bumpers Preparation work for painting Painting work, from small details to full repaints Ensure quality and precision in all processes Contribute to good collaboration and a strong team spirit Profile We are looking for someone with experience in painting work and a strong commitment to quality and results. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and as part of a team.
