Lab Assistant - Quality Department

Responsibilities In your role as a lab assistant in our quality department, you will work with sampling of both raw materials and finished products as well as competitor samples, and analyze water samples. You are also responsible for approving/releasing or blocking our finished consumer products in the SAP business system and calibrating/inspecting measuring instruments as well as participating in testing comparisons. Further, you will work supporting the quality manager with, for example, the management system in the Barium software by checking and updating documents. You must be able to work according to and write instructions and procedures in both Swedish and English. You work closely with the production and logistics departments with, among other things, investigating quality defects and training in quality and product safety matters. Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent · Strong knowledge of Swedish and English For you applying, it is advantageous if you have: · Interest in management systems and audit work. · Experience in administering and establishing new procedures. · Strong knowledge of data usage, preferably with SAP experience. · Previous experience in quality work. Personal Qualities We are looking for a structured and thorough person who takes responsibility and takes own initiative. It is important that you have good collaboration skills and a service mindset, and that you can work independently. We would like to see that you have an easy time learning new software.
