Refrigeration Technician for our client Enwell AB

Your responsibilities Your responsibilities include performing service, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps. You will daily report your work in our client's digital planning system and maintain contact with Enwell's support team at IVT. You will also handle warranty cases, prepare cost estimates, review documentation for invoicing, and communicate with customers via phone and email. Additionally, you will work closely with an Enwell service coordinator and manage the local spare parts inventory on site. Heavy lifting may occur and work can be intensive during winter months with the possibility of overtime when needed. Qualifications: Certified as refrigeration technician category 1 Driver's license B (Required) Good knowledge of Office suite and other digital planning systems (Required) Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written (Required) Your profile You are the person we are looking for if you have previous experience with service and repair of heat pumps. It is important that you have good experience with digital reporting since this is a central part of our client Enwell's operations. In the long term, you may be the one responsible for a team of refrigeration technicians at your placement location.
