As an evening nurse, you will be based at Industribyn in central Tomelilla and work independently during evening hours. The position includes weekend work. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES This is varied and dynamic work ranging from simple medical interventions to interventions using advanced medical equipment and technology. As a nurse, you will train and delegate tasks and responsibilities to evening staff. You are responsible for following up and evaluating planned interventions. We work in teams where various professionals collaborate around patients. The teams include nursing assistants, unit managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses to gain a holistic view of patients. Within the operation, development work is currently underway to improve for our patients. You will have a great opportunity to participate in this work and influence the development of the operation, based on your knowledge and previous experience. We are a great team with high spirits and broad expertise, where we welcome all new colleagues with both longer and shorter experience. Additional qualifications such as advanced training as a district nurse or elderly care are meriting. We are looking for you who want varied work, take your own responsibility, and work independently. It is important that you have good empathetic abilities, strong collaboration skills, and can communicate with other people in a thoughtful and constructive manner. The role also requires that you are confident and stable, that you have self-awareness and can accept help when needed. You plan your work independently, which means you need to be able to organize and prioritize your work. If the situation requires it, you may need to change your planning, and therefore it is important that you are flexible and can see opportunities in changes. You are curious and positively inclined toward welfare technology and digital services in this field. A B driver's license is required and you must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.
