We are now looking for a committed and business-oriented Quality Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for further developing our quality work and help shape the future together with us. Your Role As Quality Manager, you will have a key role in the organization with great mandate and the opportunity to make an impact. You are responsible for leading, developing and coordinating quality, environmental and sustainability work within HYGAP GROUP and ensuring that our work methods create real value – for customers, operations and employees. You will become a natural part of the management team and work closely with our three sites within Hygap Group to drive improvements, develop processes and create a culture where quality is a natural part of everyday life. You lead the team forward through clear, coaching and engaging leadership. Your Responsibilities Own and further develop our management system and take responsibility for ISO certifications / IATF. Drive quality, environment and sustainability issues at both strategic and operational levels. Initiate, lead and follow up on improvement projects and development initiatives. Responsible for internal and external audits. Work with deviation management, supplier assessments and quality monitoring. Lead training and create engagement in quality, environment and sustainability. Responsible for fire safety work and coordination of related training and contact with authorities. Work with our central quality tools PPAP and FMEA. Who Are You? You have experience in quality work within manufacturing industry and feel confident in combining structure, leadership and development. You enjoy getting people to grow, creating momentum and turning ideas into results. You are used to building trust both internally and externally. Experience from the automotive industry or working with automotive customers is a merit. We work in the Monitor business system as a natural part of our daily operations. We believe that you: Have a college degree or equivalent experience. Have good knowledge of ISO standards and management systems.
