Responsibilities In this role as Quality and Environment Manager, you will have broad responsibility for ensuring and developing the company's quality and environmental work, while serving as an important support function for production, customers, and the market. The role is diverse and suits you if you appreciate variety and want to work in a company where you can be involved in both strategic quality work and day-to-day operations. You will work with: Responsibility for and administration of the company's IATF, ISO, and management systems Complaint handling and direct customer contact Investigation of deviations and preparation of 8D reports Product inspections, testing, and control measurements Ongoing quality controls, such as first-piece and process controls Support to market and internal functions Assistance with administrative workflows related to orders, procurement, and delivery Personal Qualities As a person, you are meticulous, systematic, and energetic. Qualifications/Education Experience in quality work and ISO management systems Good experience with complaint handling and customer dialogue Experience in deviation investigations and 8D reporting Understanding of control measurements and quality monitoring in production Technical understanding of products, test equipment, and manufacturing processes Strong administrative skills and experience creating structure Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written Your Application Write a personal letter with your motivation for the position and attach your CV.
