About the Role We are now seeking an engaged advisor based at our two schools in Gothenburg. Working together with other roles involved in the unit's student welfare, meeting with work groups or individual teachers for guidance and support in student matters is part of the assignment. Participating in the unit's student welfare meetings and supporting staff on-site with possible measures, and when necessary, conducting assessments regarding students' challenges, are other tasks you may undertake in this role. What We Are Looking For We seek someone with previous experience as a school advisor. Your personality is characterized by strong collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an advisor, you inspire both teachers and students with confidence in their abilities to reach individual, study-oriented goals together. You promote a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide documented feedback. Commitment is an important guiding principle for you. You have the following educational background: Degree in social work (socionomexamen) Alternative higher education background: A bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social pedagogy, or psychology that we consider equivalent.
