About the position As a customer service representative / sales support, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that customer expectations are met so they receive the right product – at the right time. You will handle order reception, processing, and administration of orders and back orders. Your daily work includes continuous contact with warehouse staff and the company's resellers. Your role also includes providing sales support and assisting the company's sales organization. You will have email and phone contact with customers as well as regular communication with the company's sales team. This is a full-time position with working hours 08:00-17:00. Start date is immediate / by agreement and extends until mid / end of August. You will be employed through OnePartnerGroup Skaraborg and work on-site at our client. Your profile We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education. If you have worked in customer service or similar, that is a merit. As a person, you are service-oriented, enjoy customer interactions, and collaborate easily. You are curious, solution-focused, and contribute to a positive work environment with your energy. You have good computer skills and are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. If you have previously worked in a business system, that is a merit. You must be fluent in Swedish and English. A driver's license and access to your own car are necessary to get to the workplace.
