Bonus levels typically vary between approximately 5,000-20,000 kr per month, depending on results. About the Role You will become part of an engaged team and work results-focused, guiding customers to the right solutions and presenting products and services that meet their needs - with a focus on creating added value for the customer while driving sales forward. As a sales-focused customer service representative, you will be Telenor's first contact with customers via phone. In this role, you will only work with incoming calls from existing customers. Common work tasks: Help existing customers with questions and issues. Identify customer needs and offer products and services that create added value. Work toward clear goals and are motivated by reaching and exceeding them. You will receive thorough introduction at the beginning of your employment to create the best possible conditions for success in the role. Experience with upselling, subscription services, or similar is strongly meriting. We see that you have: Previous experience in sales/upselling, preferably by phone. Are driven, service-oriented, and comfortable working toward goals.
