Your journey begins with new customer sales (B2C) - where in your daily work you contact private individuals, present market-leading offers, and further develop your sales skills within our structure. With strong results, the next level opens up: you move to the existing customer segment – an area with higher conversion, stronger relationships, and greater revenue potential. The path forward doesn't end there. For those of you who deliver top results, there is the opportunity to step into B2B sales – with corporate customers, more complex deals, and even higher commissions. In short: your performance drives your development. What we offer Employment: 100% Full-time position starting with a 6-month probation period and then converting to a permanent position Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 – you work no late evenings or weekends Salary: Secure salary model with 20,000 kr in base salary. Commission when it exceeds the base salary.
