Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative at Bylunds Bil, you'll be a central part of the workshop's daily operations and an important link between customers and the workshop. You'll be responsible for receiving customers, booking in work, handling insurance claims, and handing over completed vehicles. The role involves varied work with many customer touchpoints where service, organization, and problem-solving are key aspects of your day. Your responsibilities will include: * Customer reception and ongoing customer communications regarding insurance claims and workshop visits * Booking and scheduling workshop work * Pricing and administrative handling of cases * Supporting the warehouse as needed Your Profile We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and confident.
