On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a service-oriented and responsible Customer Reception Representative who wants to be an important part of their team. If you are proactive, humble, and have a genuine interest in providing our customers with a first-class experience, then this could be the job for you! Job Responsibilities: Be the face of our store and receive customers in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in an efficient and pleasant way. Schedule vehicles for service and other services that our customers need help with. Work together with our technicians and sales staff as well as other colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English. Holds a valid B driver's license. Is service-oriented and takes own initiative easily. Is humble and enjoys helping where needed, both with customers and colleagues. Merits: B96 or BE driver's license is meriting.
