Then the role of Credit Manager at Scan Sverige might be the right one for you! What you will do As Credit Manager, you have overall responsibility for Scan Sverige's lending to our animal suppliers. You are responsible for ensuring that credit policy is adhered to and developed, and you lead the Credit Team, which consists of two credit officers. The role reports to the Finance Director and you are part of the Animal Procurement management group. You work with credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and management of major credit commitments, and you are responsible for monitoring credits, default cases, collections, and credit securities. The role also includes reporting to the credit committee and management, risk reporting, as well as development of credit products and processes. Further, you serve as a support to the business in credit and legal matters, participate in supplier visits, and train the organization in credit-related areas. What you need to succeed and thrive You have • Academic education in economics, finance, or similar field. • Several years of experience in qualified credit work within banking, finance, or lending. • Good experience with credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and risk management. • Experience in leadership and working closely with operations. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English. • It is meritorious to have experience from agriculture or the food industry. You are • Analytical and confident in making decisions even in complex situations. • Structured and skilled at prioritizing and driving multiple processes simultaneously. • Relationship-building and communicative with high integrity. • Independent, business-minded, and engaged in developing both people and ways of working.
