Kosta Boda Art Hotel AB is a unique design hotel that explodes with color, form and pleasure with roots in glassmaking. The hotel is located in the heart of Glasriket and features 102 rooms, 11 conference and group rooms, two restaurants, Linnéa Art and Brasserie1742, our unique Glasbar and a complete SPA department. Kosta Boda Art Hotel is now seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate chef who is ready to take the next step and who, together with our team, will develop and be responsible for creating world-class gastronomic experiences for our guests. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, has a burning passion for cooking with experience from à la carte restaurants, and who always prioritizes guests, quality, service and colleagues. You have knowledge, are accustomed to working in and with a large kitchen team, and taking significant responsibility in the kitchen. Your role requires humility, courage, great commitment, passion and an innovative and solution-focused approach. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking food in accordance with our recipes and standards. Keeping the kitchen clean and organized in compliance with applicable hygiene requirements. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows. Adapting dishes according to guests' wishes and dietary requirements. Your workplace will be the hotel's own restaurants; Linnea Art Restaurant and Brasserie 1742, but also with the possibility to work at Kosta Delikatess and the new bowling restaurant at Craft Arena. We believe that collaboration and a pleasant atmosphere in the kitchen are key to success and a quality product. A driver's license is not required, but have a plan for how you get to and from work since working hours sometimes differ from bus schedules. Possibility of staff accommodation available if needed! The work involves daytime, evenings & weekends This is a permanent position.
