We are now seeking a Consultant Manager with a focus on white collar to join our team in Vårgårda. As a Consultant Manager with us, you will play a central role in driving and developing our white collar business in our market area. You work closely with both clients and consultants, with responsibility for the entire process – from the first contact through follow-up and continued development. The role involves: - Building and developing long-term client relationships - Identifying needs and creating business opportunities - Matching the right skills to the right assignments - Working with recruitment through advertising, screening, and interviews - Overseeing the onboarding, follow-up, and development of consultants It is a varied role where you work both strategically and operationally – with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is driven to create business and build relationships. You thrive in a role where the pace is high and where you can combine structure with flexibility. We believe you: - Have strong internal drive and take initiative - Enjoy developing business and creating new opportunities - Have an understanding of, or want to quickly learn about, the white collar market - Feel confident working independently while also being a natural team player - Are organized in your approach and like to stay on top of details Experience from a similar role is a plus, but we place great emphasis on personality and potential.
