About the position As a Consulting Manager at Lernia, you'll have a broad and varied role where sales, customer relationships, recruitment, and people management come together in your daily work. You are responsible for developing the business in your area by identifying new business opportunities, making contact with companies, and building long-term partnerships. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and match the right competence with the right assignment. At the same time, you have people management responsibility for our consultants and follow them throughout their employment – from onboarding and follow-up to development and well-being. This is a role for someone who thrives with many contact points in close collaboration with both customers, candidates, and internal colleagues. As a Consulting Manager in Vimmerby, you will have overall responsibility where you: Actively identify and initiate new customer contacts in Vimmerby and the surrounding area Drive sales and business development in the region with a focus on long-term relationships Have daily contact with both customers and employees Manage recruitment processes from job specifications to employment for both salaried and skilled workers Have people management responsibility for consultants, including follow-up, work environment, and development Plan staffing and manage administration related to assignments, agreements, and consultants Contribute to the team's shared goals, development, and success The work is independent and requires that you are comfortable with personal responsibility, quick decisions, and a daily pace where no two days are the same. Qualifications Experience in sales or business-oriented roles Relevant education in HR, economics, sales, or equivalent is meritorious Preferably experience from manufacturing industry Good administrative skills and good computer and system proficiency Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Class B driver's license Experience in the industry as a Consulting Manager, recruiter, or similar relationship-driven B2B role is meritorious, but it's your business drive that sets you apart. If you also have an established network in Vimmerby, Hultsfred, Västervik, or nearby towns, that is very meritorious.
