Senior Constructor Needed at Wolfbuilder – Contingent Position Wolfbuilder is seeking an experienced and independent senior constructor for a contingent position. We are a construction company focused on quality, long-term relationships, and customized solutions for private clients, businesses, and public clients. We are looking for someone with solid experience in construction design who can support us as needed on various projects. This role is ideal for consultants, self-employed professionals, retired constructors, or those who want to work part-time alongside other activities. About the Role As a senior constructor at Wolfbuilder, you will provide technical support for our construction projects. You may assist with design solutions, assessments, drawing documentation, technical calculations, and guidance on both smaller and larger projects. Work is performed as needed and the scope can vary depending on the project, workload, and client assignments. Example of Work Tasks You may work with: Design assessments on construction projects Creation or review of construction drawings Technical solutions for renovations, extensions, and remodeling Load-bearing structures in wood, steel, and concrete Guidance to project managers, site supervisors, and tradespeople Contact with architects, engineers, inspectors, and other consultants Support with building permits, technical consultations, and regulatory requirements We Are Looking for You If You Have several years of experience as a constructor in building and feel confident taking responsibility for technical assessments. You are thorough, solution-oriented, and experienced in working independently. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education in building construction, construction engineering, or equivalent experience Experience with design calculations and technical drawings Good knowledge of Swedish building codes and industry standards Experience with renovations, remodeling, and customized building projects Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and production teams Ability to work on assignments as needed It is a merit if you have experience with single-family homes, villas, exclusive residential properties, heritage buildings, or complex renovation projects. Employment Form Contingent / temporary position. The scope of assignments varies based on Wolfbuilder's needs and current projects.
