Do you want the sea as your closest neighbor, work with pristine fresh fish and seafood from our local fishermen, and prepare everything from scratch? All at one of West Sweden's most beautiful locations. At Gullmarsstrand, located on beautiful Skaftö, we're now looking for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests, has a great passion for cooking, and enjoys working in a team. I'm Markus, the head chef, and I like to work with the team toward shared goals. We have fun at work and collaborate across departments in the kitchen. We're proud that the food we serve is prepared from scratch with the best possible ingredients. We primarily try to choose organic, locally sourced ingredients and, of course, plenty of fish and seafood. We work with both traditional and innovative cooking at a high standard. We believe you could be at the start of your career, or you might have considerable knowledge and experience from before. Swedish is required in speech and writing. English is a merit. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary, but neither is mandatory.
