RESPONSIBILITIES You are a trained chef who enjoys working with food from scratch, just as we do, and where the joy of meals is important! Your responsibilities include: • Preparing delicious and well-prepared meals from scratch and contributing to development • Taking personal responsibility for and planning meals, recipes, and preparation in consultation with the production manager • Working and contributing to a high degree of well-being in your kitchen team • Quality control and routine tasks such as cleaning and dishwashing in the kitchen. QUALIFICATIONS Education in Hotel and Restaurant management and industry experience with several years of experience. You have IT skills, possess good communication abilities, and speak and write Swedish well. As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, and self-directed. The ability to lead yourself, engage others, and work well collaboratively is essential for success in this role. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and good references.
