Do you want the sea as your nearest neighbor, work with fresh fish and seafood from our local fishermen, and prepare all dishes from scratch? All in one of West Sweden's most beautiful locations. At Gullmarsstrand, located on beautiful Skaftö, we're now looking for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests, has a great passion for cooking, and enjoys working as part of a team. I'm Markus, the head chef, and I enjoy working with the team toward shared goals. We have fun at work and collaborate seamlessly in the kitchen. We're proud that the food we serve is prepared from scratch using the best possible ingredients. We prioritize organic, locally sourced ingredients and of course plenty of fish and seafood. We work with both traditional and innovative cooking at high quality. We believe you could be at the beginning of your career, or you could have extensive knowledge and experience. Swedish is required in speaking and writing. English is a plus. A driver's license and access to a car are preferred, but not required.
