We are looking for two passionate chefs and one dedicated kitchen assistant! Are you passionate about well-prepared food and want to be part of a great kitchen team? Fathers House in Strängnäs/Barkaby is expanding and we are now looking for three new stars in our kitchen: two chefs with a focus on Swedish home cooking and one kitchen assistant. With us, food is prepared from scratch with love, tradition, and quality ingredients. We offer a dynamic workplace with a fast pace, strong teamwork, and happy guests. Chefs – Swedish Home Cooking Focus We are looking for someone who loves Swedish culinary tradition and has solid knowledge of classic flavors and techniques. Your responsibilities: • Preparation of lunch and à la carte dishes with a focus on home cooking. Menu planning together with the head chef. Quality control and maintenance of high hygiene standards. Your profile: • Trained chef or equivalent documented experience. At least 5 years of experience working in a restaurant kitchen. • Thorough, stress-resistant, and a team player who brings positive energy. Kitchen Assistant We are looking for someone who is the kitchen's jack-of-all-trades and wants to develop in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities: • Preparation of ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing sides). Assisting chefs during service. Dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation in the kitchen according to procedures. Your profile: • Experience from a restaurant or large-scale kitchen is important, but your attitude is most important. • You are efficient, punctual, and take your own initiative. • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene. Both positions have varied working hours and offer full-time/part-time or hourly-based employment depending on performance and experience.
