Do you love authentic Texas food, high-paced environments, and a well-organized kitchen? We're looking for a cook who wants to join our team and help us deliver an authentic Texas experience to our guests. We're a franchise restaurant that has been operating in Sweden since 1994. Our food originates from Texas, USA – and charcoal grilling is at the center of everything we do. For us, it's about genuine flavors, quality, and Southern Hospitality, both on the plate and in the team. This is a part-time position with the possibility of increased hours during the summer months. Responsibilities - Preparation and cooking of à la carte dishes - Evening and weekend shifts - Charcoal grill operations - Standard kitchen duties - Collaboration to ensure an efficient and well-functioning kitchen We're Looking for You If You - Have at least 1 year of experience as a cook in an à la carte kitchen - Are detail-oriented, able to handle stress, and a quick learner - Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team - Have a good understanding of service, quality, and pace - Are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) or English - Have experience with or interest in charcoal grilling (a plus) We Offer - A position at approximately 70%, with the possibility of additional hours - Working hours primarily in evenings and weekends - A cohesive team with clear structure - Salary according to collective agreement/arrangement Application Send your CV and a brief presentation.
