We want to create good, nutritious, and sustainable meals. We also want to contribute to a safe, warm, and learning environment. The work involves preparing meals from scratch for approximately 24 children, 20 after-school children, and 6 staff members. As a cook with us, you work closely with the educators and are an important part of the children's day. At Juvelen, we work with meal pedagogy and children's participation in the kitchen to provide a positive dining experience. Your assignment involves responsibility for budget, purchasing, planning, preparing, and serving good and nutritious food. You must ensure good food hygiene and internal controls. It is important that you have good knowledge of special diets and allergies. Juvelen is a parent cooperative where parents participate in the activities. We value openness and interest in both children and adults. At Juvelen we work together! The position is valid from 1/9-26 Employment rate 75-100% We will conduct ongoing interviews. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
