1 position(s). Administration and Development in the Meal Services Unit Would you like to create meal joy for children, students, and seniors in Hjo Municipality? The meal services unit is now seeking an engaged employee who wants to contribute to the development of our eleven kitchens. The position is a combination of practical and administrative work where you work 50 percent as a chef and 50 percent as administrative support to the meal services manager. The role gives you the opportunity to combine your passion for food with development work and be an important part of strengthening the quality of the municipality's meal services operations. The position includes, among other things: working in our cost data program Mashie responsibility for internal cost allocation coordinating substitute staffing participating in the development of meal services operations and our work processes contributing to menu planning with a focus on food enjoyment, health, and sustainability inspiring and supporting our kitchens through training and development initiatives. Together we create meals that are delicious, nutritious, and sustainable – and that make a difference every day. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and meals who wants to be part of developing the future of public meal services. You are organized, quality-conscious, and have strong communication and collaboration skills. Since part of the assignment involves inspiring and training staff in our kitchens, you need to be able to plan, implement, and follow up on training initiatives in a pedagogical and engaging manner. We see that you have: chef training experience working in public meal services good digital skills and experience working in various operational systems, preferably the cost data program Mashie strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license As a person, you are attentive, inclusive, and communicative. You enjoy working both independently and with others and have a solution-oriented approach to work.
