Are you our new chef or a food-passionate colleague with a real passion for cooking? Do you want to be part of developing our breakfast offering at Restaurant Logen and give our guests a truly great start to the day? Our ambition is to maintain the same high quality throughout the day – from breakfast to dinner. Our guests should recognize the craftsmanship, flavors, and care regardless of the time of day. We are now looking for a dedicated chef for a varied position where you work with both breakfast and evening service in our à la carte restaurant. ABOUT THE POSITION Restaurant Logen offers à la carte breakfast, lunch, and a 4-course dinner menu. In this role, you will work broadly in the kitchen – from preparing breakfast dishes to cooking and serving dinner courses. We are in an exciting development phase where we are taking the next step in our breakfast initiative, and you will be an important part of this work. The position involves work during daytime and evening hours as well as every other weekend. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cooking and who thrives in a service-oriented role. You are self-driven, organized, and have an eye for detail. You appreciate variety in your work and see the value in working both day and evening shifts. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both yourself and our kitchen toward our high-set goals. FACTS Scope: 80–100% Employment type: Permanent (6-month probationary period) Salary: By agreement (monthly salary or hourly wage) Start: Immediately ABOUT ÄSTAD VINGÅRD Ästad Vingård is one of Sweden's largest vineyards with organic wine cultivation and its own wine production. Mainly the Solaris grape is grown with a focus on sparkling wine. The estate has 82 rooms for overnight guests, as well as conference facilities for 100+ participants. There is also Sinnenas Spa, which was inspired by the surrounding nature reserves Åkulla bokskogar. The restaurants Logen and Smakbaren serve everything from breakfast to lunch, appetizers, and dinner. Adjacent to Ästad Vingård is also Restaurant ÄNG.
