Within the unit Staff Operations Support, cross-administration roles and responsibilities are brought together, which, in addition to the educational area, also include patient safety, digitalization/IT, and operations development. This creates good conditions for cross-functional collaboration and enables synergies between the different areas of responsibility to be leveraged. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a clinical educator, you have a pedagogical assignment. You work with coordination, quality management, and goal-oriented work in collaboration with universities/colleges, upper secondary schools/adult education, and the hospital within work-based education (VFU), workplace-based learning (APL), and learning in work (LIA). You provide support to employees, students, trainees, main supervisors, supervisors, and managers, where you are an important part of educating, developing, and strengthening supervision as needed and also serving as support in clinical supervisor/student situations. Furthermore, we want you to initiate and drive pedagogical development and introduce new models and ways for sustainable learning so that the hospital is at the forefront. Part of this work is to plan, implement start-up, and manage clinical training units together with relevant departments. Your primary collaborators are supervisors and main supervisors at the relevant operations, other clinical educators within and outside the hospital, and teachers from schools and clinical adjuncts from colleges and universities. The assignment also includes representing Trelleborg Hospital in various regional forums such as Praktikplatsen.se and VO College. You enter the role as one of the hospital's two hospital-wide clinical educators, who together with the education manager form the educational organization within Staff Operations Support. Here you work closely with both operations and collaborators to ensure a coherent, high-quality, and future-oriented educational effort. The position as clinical educator includes 100% employment with the possibility of clinical service from June to August. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in clinical work in healthcare. Supervisor training at basic level 7.5 hp or equivalent is a requirement for the position, and it is an advantage if you hold supervisor training at advanced level 7.5 hp or equivalent, alternatively another pedagogical education. Master's degree and recent clinical work are advantageous. This is a position for you who have an interest in both educational and development matters.
