🔹 Clinic Manager – Dr Obaidi Dental, Eskilstuna We are looking for a results-oriented and organized clinic manager who can take full responsibility for the daily operations of our clinics in Eskilstuna. We currently operate two clinics and are in a clear growth phase. Our goal is to build an operation with high quality, strong patient focus, and efficient management – where each day runs smoothly without unnecessary disruptions. This is a role for you if you want real responsibility and enjoy getting things to work – not just administering. ⸻ 🔹 About the Role As clinic manager, you are responsible for ensuring the clinic functions in practice – every day. This means: • the team is organized • schedules work • patients are cared for properly • and the operation reaches its goals You work closely with the CEO but are expected to drive operations independently. ⸻ 🔹 Responsibilities You are responsible for: • Daily operations – ensuring the clinic runs smoothly without stops or inefficiencies • Scheduling & occupancy – minimize gaps and optimize appointment slots • Staff management – allocate work, follow up, and ensure performance • Structure & procedures – create clarity in how work should be performed • Results & follow-up – monitor production, identify issues, and take action • Operational problem-solving – resolve situations directly when they arise ⸻ 🔹 We Are Looking for You If You • Have experience in dental care (e.g., dental nurse, dental hygienist, or dentist) or have relevant education/experience in leadership/management • Have worked with responsibility, leadership, or coordination • Are organized and take initiative without waiting for instructions • Have the ability to set standards while creating a functioning team • Thrive in an environment where pace, responsibility, and results are central ⸻ 🔹 Important in the Role • You are expected to take responsibility, not just execute tasks • You work solution-oriented – problems should be solved, not passed on • You actively contribute to improving how the clinic functions ⸻ 🔹 Merits • Previous role as clinic manager or team leader • Experience working with production, key metrics, or results • Experience with patient record systems and digital workflows ⸻ 🔹 We Offer • A key role in a growing operation • Opportunity to influence structure, work methods, and results • Close collaboration with the CEO • Competitive salary with opportunity for results-based bonus ⸻ 🔹 Other Information The position is full-time and located in Eskilstuna. ⸻ 🔹 Application Send your application to: [email protected]
