JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Kilhults Village School is a cozy and family-like school for grades F-6 with approximately 65 students and is located in the middle of Linderödsåsen. At Kilhults School, the student's learning environment is at the center, and the knowledge mission is closely linked to relational leadership. We build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to give students good conditions to succeed and see differences as an asset. We are therefore looking for you to take responsibility for good pedagogical activities and always put the student at the center. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6 in English, Swedish, Math, and/or Social Studies, Science/Technology. You possess good pedagogical leadership and have a strong ability to cooperate with colleagues, students, and guardians. Important qualities are also that you are clear and confident in your teaching so that you can give students the guidance and stimulation they need in their learning and personal development. You want to inspire curiosity in students and have high confidence in students' own abilities. You see collaboration as a matter of course. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
