Key Account Manager with focus on electricity trading and flexibility services at Oresundskraft The energy industry is hotter than ever – do you want to be part of driving the transition? We are therefore strengthening our investment in electricity trading and flexibility services and are looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to be part of developing the business – together with our customers. About the role As a KAM, you will be a key player in realizing our business goals in flexibility services – solutions that enable electricity users and producers to temporarily adjust their consumption or production to manage their electricity costs. Your customers are primarily in industry and horticulture, initially in northwest Scania but with a business that will grow nationally. You work closely with colleagues in electricity trading, product and offering development, technology, delivery, and business development. Together, you address business customers, aggregators, flexibility partners, and other actors in the energy market. The role primarily involves building up a new business where you translate strategy into concrete customer deals, but you also have access to Oresundskraft's entire offering portfolio. Your main responsibilities Drive and develop business in electricity and flexibility services for business customers with profit and budget responsibility Manage your own customer portfolio including results, budget, and follow-up Understand customers' operations and needs, and build long-term relationships Negotiate contracts, participate in procurement processes, and structure business arrangements Contribute operationally to the flexibility business development Identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions About you To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least five years of experience in complex B2B sales Good knowledge of the electricity trading business Experience from the industrial sector or selling to industrial customers Documented experience driving national customer deals Strong negotiation skills and a structured, commercial approach Meritorious Understanding of flexibility services or related businesses Experience building new business in growth areas where offerings and structures are still being developed As a person You are business-driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a relationship-building role. You build trust in complex customer dialogues, see opportunities, and actively contribute to developing both the business and customer experience even when conditions are not fully defined.
