How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operating system. We then use this profile to match you with, and propose, relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we'll agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual. We always agree on all details before we submit a presentation of you to our client – it's always you who decides what you're interested in.
