As Candidate Manager, you hold a key position working at the intersection of strategy and operations. You're responsible for day-to-day recruitment work—candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, and follow-up—while also taking a broader view of how we long-term secure access to the right talent. An important part of the role is driving development forward yourself. You analyze needs, identify skill gaps, and take initiative to develop strategies for how we attract, build relationships with, and ensure access to the right candidates over time. You build, develop, and maintain our candidate network, including our pool of on-call staff. Through this, you directly contribute to our delivery—for example, by ensuring availability in critical skill areas, strengthening our pool staffing, and creating a stable and flexible foundation for our client assignments. We're looking for someone who not only follows processes but also develops them. You bring structure, drive improvements, and help shape how we work with candidate experience, network building, and talent acquisition going forward. You're part of our local team in Vårgårda. At the same time, you naturally belong to our central team of candidate managers, where you're expected to actively contribute with experiences, insights, and development ideas.
