We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented cold station prep cook who wants to be part of our team in Barkarby. Responsibilities • Prepare salads, vegetables, sauces, and cold accompaniments. • Manage daily mise en place and raw material handling. • Ensure food safety and quality control standards are followed. • Contribute to organization, quality, and efficiency in the kitchen. • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure high service standards. Qualifications • Experience as a cold station prep cook, kitchen assistant, or similar work is a plus. • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded. • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
