We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Karlskrona. What does this position entail? The position is part-time, approximately 60%, distributed across day/night/weekend shifts. You will work in the client's home with tasks ranging from personal care, mobility assistance, communication, cleaning, cooking, activities, and more. Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone who is dedicated, respectful, attentive, organized, and orderly. We especially value someone with great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like you to: - Have a genuine interest in helping others. - Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. - Be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends (including full 24-hour shifts). - Have experience in healthcare and care work. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). - Hold a B Driver's License, as you will be driving the client's car. Additional Information Employment type: On-call employment that may lead to a fixed-term position. Scope: Approximately 60% Working hours: 08:00-17:00, 17:00-08:00, 08:00-08:00, 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00 Start date: By agreement. We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
