We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our 7-year-old child client in Karlskrona. What does this role involve? The role involves providing support to a 7-year-old boy at school, at home, and during activities outside the home. Work tasks include play/companionship, personal care (including hygiene), meal support, and participation in school days/after-school activities. Currently, we are seeking a personal assistant for a part-time schedule with increased hours during summer—perfect for someone who, for example, studies remotely, works part-time, or wants a gentle introduction into this boy's daily routine. Work hours are distributed across weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening shifts. Currently as follows: Mon-Fri 07:15-16:00 and 16:00-21:00 Sat 07:00-16:00 Sun 10:30-19:30 Please note that weekend times may change to match weekday hours. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We especially value patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like it if you: - are at least 18 years old before submitting your application - have a genuine interest in helping others - speak and write Swedish fluently - can work flexible hours—day, evening, and weekends - have experience working with children (maintaining a childlike perspective) - have experience in care and support (a plus, but not required) Personal Assistance—What does it mean?
