You work in the client's home and are part of their everyday life – where life happens. Your work is fully tailored to the client's needs and wishes, and can include everything from personal care to social activities. You'll become a meaningful part of creating a functioning, secure, and meaningful everyday life. 🧡 Responsibilities The work varies, but may include: Supporting with personal care Helping with mobility and accompaniment Performing simple household tasks Providing communication support Participating in activities and social gatherings Accompanying on outings, leisure activities, and errands 👤 Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: Is empathetic, attentive, and responsible Works well collaboratively and feels secure in yourself Can work independently and adapt to different situations Has good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing) Is at least 18 years old ✅ Experience in healthcare, care work, or personal assistance is a plus – but your personality and attitude are what matter most! 🕒 Working Hours Working hours vary depending on the client and may include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is required.
