With us, you'll work in operations where care and security are in focus – whether you choose support services, social psychiatry, home care, elderly care facilities, or personal assistance. When you work in healthcare and social services during the summer, you'll receive support from colleagues who want you to feel secure in both your tasks and working hours. To give you a truly great start, we offer a unique, expanded, and well-thought-out introductory training before you begin. There you'll get both practical and theoretical knowledge, so you feel prepared and ready when your summer job starts. Are you empathetic, warm, and engaged? Then this could be the right place for you. You contribute to making others feel secure while also having the opportunity to learn new things together with experienced colleagues. You choose when during the summer you want to work, but it's desirable that you work at least four consecutive weeks. We offer several possible periods and you can also work before and after the vacation period, which runs from June to August. With us, there are also good opportunities to continue working even after the summer. Personal Assistant As a personal assistant, you are close support in another person's daily life. You help with what the person cannot manage themselves, for example personal care, meals, exercise, or various activities. Support Services In support services, you help people develop their abilities and manage as much as possible on their own. You can work at a group home, service housing, short-term care, or special housing, where some operations focus on social psychiatry. This can involve contact with family members and help with everything from cooking to accompanying people on activities such as swimming, walks, or a coffee break. Elderly Care In elderly care, you work with care and social activities for our seniors. Here you can work at an elderly care facility or within home care. This can involve personal hygiene, meals, or togetherness through exercise, bingo, or reading aloud – all things that make everyday life safe and meaningful. It is an advantage if you have healthcare and social services training. A driver's license (Class B) is meritorious. You need to have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing as the work tasks require it. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
