Your journey begins with new customer sales (B2C) - where in your daily work you contact individuals, present market-leading offers and develop your sales skills within our structure. With strong results, the next level opens: you move to existing customers – a segment with higher conversion rates, stronger relationships and greater revenue potential. The path forward doesn't end there. For those who deliver at the top, there's the opportunity to step into B2B sales – with corporate customers, more complex deals and even higher commissions. In short: your performance drives your development. What We Offer Employment: 100% Full-time starting with a 6-month probation period, then transitioning to a permanent position Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 – you work no late evenings or weekends Salary: Secure salary model with 20,000kr base salary. Commission when it exceeds base salary. Training: Mandatory basic training in product information and sales techniques Benefits: Wellness allowance, employee discount, professional development support and paid transportation to and from work.
