The focus is on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the solution based on business needs. The consultant will work closely with the project manager and business stakeholders to define requirements, configuration, customization, participate in discussions, and contribute expert knowledge throughout the implementation process. Job Description In this role, the consultant will: Participate in workshops with the business and contribute specialized expertise in ticket management. Identify and document business requirements and needs related to the solution in consultation with the project manager. Configure and customize the ticket management system based on business processes. Design and implement process workflows and automations as needed. Work with the setup of processes including Service Requests and Incident Management. Collaborate closely with the project manager and business representatives to ensure the solution supports business objectives. Provide recommendations on best practices and future development opportunities. There is also an opportunity for the consultant to be involved in related projects and initiatives within the field. Required Competencies: Documented experience working with ticket management systems such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent. Experience configuring and customizing ticket management systems. Experience working with requirements in close collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders. Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business needs. Experience actively participating in workshops with the business. Meritorious Experience with ticket management related to GDPR and HR processes. Experience with password management and related processes. Experience with Freshservice (Freshworks).
