ITS Logistikpartner was founded in 1985 as a one-person operation providing customs declaration services on behalf of clients. We continue to specialize in customs services and have established strong market credibility. Today we have approximately 100 employees working in warehousing, assembly, repackaging, distribution, documentation, goods handling, and customs services. About the Position As a terminal worker, you will work in an environment where workdays are physically active with a fast pace. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically. We work toward daily goals, and you will be an important contributor to the team's results. You will pick and pack customer orders and handle incoming and outgoing deliveries in our order management system. You receive and inspect goods, ensure correct products are handled properly, and maintain an organized warehouse. The role also includes inventory management, loading, warehouse maintenance, labeling goods, and reporting discrepancies. You collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers and contribute to a safe, structured, and well-functioning work environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone with previous experience picking items in a warehouse. You hold a forklift certification with authorization A1-4 and B1-4 and have documented driving experience. It is advantageous if you have experience working in goods receipt/picking systems. The position may involve some heavy and repetitive work tasks, so you need to be in good physical condition. We also expect strong Swedish language skills in both spoken and written communication. You will work in a dynamic environment, so flexibility and the ability to handle rapid changes, prioritize, and take initiative are important. You have a positive attitude and always keep the customer in focus. We also value your ability to quickly learn new work routines and understand the importance of good teamwork with colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information This is a temporary position from 2026-08-03 to 2027-03-28, with the possibility of extension. Working hours follow a two-week shift schedule: Week 1: Monday–Friday 06:15–15:15 Week 2: Monday–Thursday 12:00–20:00, Friday 11:00–19:00 Does this sound interesting?
