You should have experience in client administration, client configuration, and data communication. We see that you have good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems, Office software, Active Directory/Entra, and Windows server. The main duties are handling support tickets via our helpdesk and maintenance within client administration, client packaging, and client configuration. The work may also include server operations and management of systems that the unit is responsible for. Our client environment consists of approximately 2,500 PCs with Windows environment and approximately 300 different client and server programs. QUALIFICATIONS - Technical education at least at upper secondary level or equivalent work experience in the field. - Good knowledge of Windows clients and centralized administration of client computers. - Good knowledge of Windows server. - Good knowledge of networks and communications. - Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Intune is advantageous. - Experience with networks and databases is advantageous.
