Our customer in Östersund is seeking several IT support technicians for their service desk. You will become part of a great team where you work together to deliver world-class service. Your Responsibilities As an IT support technician, you will work in first-line support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managing user accounts in Active Directory • Administering services in Microsoft 365 • Troubleshooting issues in Windows environment • Supporting customer-specific applications • Receiving and registering cases in a case management system Your Profile We are looking for you who: • Have good technical understanding • Enjoy helping others and strive to provide a good customer experience • Are structured and have an easy time organizing your work, even at a fast pace Requirements • Good knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Teamviewer • Practical experience in IT support and/or service desk • High communication and teaching skills • Fluent Swedish and English – both spoken and written Meritorious • Driver's license Background Check For this position, a background check is conducted before employment. This means we perform a UC check and request an extract from the criminal record, which needs to be without remarks. Salary: For this role, we apply a salary range of 21,300–24,000 kr/month, depending on experience, skills, and collective agreement. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
