Job Description In your role as a sales representative at Marcus Components, you have end-to-end responsibility for the business. You combine proactive new customer development with technical project management and marketing. For questions about the position or the recruitment process, you are warmly welcome to contact the responsible recruitment consultant: Jeanette Walters Phone: 073-343 47 66 Email: [email protected] Responsibilities Your tasks are varied and span the entire chain – from first contact to technical delivery: Business Development & Sales ● Identify and develop new customers as well as further develop existing customer relationships. ● Plan and conduct customer visits, both in-person and digitally. ● Create price calculations, prepare quotations, and drive business processes to completion. ● Analyze market, competitors, and customer needs, and participate in budgeting and forecasting work. Technical Project Management & Customer Responsibility ● Lead and manage projects to ensure quality in new product introductions. ● Act as customer representative and advocate for our customers' interests internally. ● Collaborate closely with internal functions such as engineering, production, and logistics. ● Manage work in customer portals and handle customer contact in case of delivery discrepancies. Market & Representation ● Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events. ● Responsible for ongoing updates to our website and social media. ● Actively work with the company's marketing to strengthen our brand. Qualifications We are looking for a communicative and business-minded person who is comfortable with significant personal responsibility. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: ● Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish in both speaking and writing, as English is used daily in our customer interactions. ● Experience in technical sales or project management within industry. ● German language skills are a merit. ● Ability to build long-term trust with customers. ● Knowledge of APQP and quality assurance is a plus but not a requirement.
