About the Inside Sales Representative Role As an Inside Sales Representative at Elicom, you are responsible for handling incoming inquiries and developing calculations, quotations, and technical solution proposals within water and wastewater automation. You work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure the right solution is developed based on the project's technical requirements and conditions. A large part of the work involves interpreting technical descriptions, electrical schematics, and request documents, and translating these into quotations. You play a central role throughout the sales process and work closely with the sales team and project managers to create the best possible solution for the customer. Your main responsibilities: Develop calculations, quotations, and technical solution proposals based on customer inquiries. Interpret and analyze technical descriptions, electrical schematics, and request documents. Maintain ongoing contact with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Follow up on quotations and manage changes and additions throughout the project. Work closely with the sales team and project managers to ensure correct delivery to the customer. About You We are looking for someone with experience from a role in electrical installation, automation, water and wastewater automation, or industrial controls. You have a strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics, technical descriptions, and technical specifications, as well as an understanding of calculations, quotations, or other technical support work. Furthermore, you have the ability to translate technical requirements and customer needs into business-oriented solution proposals.
