Eksjöhus is now seeking a Procurement Specialist for the team in Eksjö. Here you'll have an important role in ensuring material supply for our house production while becoming a significant part in developing procurement operations. This is an opportunity for you who enjoy procurement's day-to-day operations but are also motivated by creating structure, developing processes, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. As a Procurement Specialist at Eksjöhus, you work closely with production, sales, construction, and suppliers to ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, at the right quality and cost. The role currently has a clear operational focus with responsibility for project procurement and inventory procurement related to house production, while you also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of processes and follow-up over time. You will primarily work with: • Procurement for projects and production • Ensuring deliveries meet time, quality, and cost requirements • System maintenance, article setup, and price entries in the Monitor ERP system • Daily contact with suppliers and monitoring of deliveries • Contributing to improvements in procurement operations and development of processes and working methods Your Profile We are looking for someone with procurement experience who thrives in an operations-focused role where structure, collaboration, and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work. With an organized approach and a sense of order, you manage multiple contact points in parallel and are confident in both administration, system management, and follow-up. As a person, you are communicative, unpretentious, and skilled at building good relationships both internally and externally. This role suits you if you appreciate the variety between operational work and development initiatives and thrive in an environment where the content can change over time. To succeed in this role, you need to have: • Upper secondary education (Gymnasium) • Experience with procurement in manufacturing operations • Experience with ERP systems • Experience with supplier contacts • Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • B-class driver's license If you have experience with Monitor ERP, have worked in the construction, house, or timber industry, or have post-secondary education in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or industrial economics, we consider that advantageous.
